Guest lounge upstairs. Sunken common lounge area with open fire in winter. Set on 36 hectares of mountain pasture, gum trees and rainforest with panoramic views from top of property over Kangaroo Valley.

Tall gum trees welcome you at the gate and at the top of the driveway an avenue of trees welcome you to Karralika Springs B&B. The garden has a variety of flowers and shrubs that flower throughout the year. Autumn time is especially spectacular with an array of trees turning colour throughout April and May. Springtime is a mass of flowers and beautiful roses flower all summer. Orange citrus trees ensure fresh juices in winter.
